YK Consulting & Coaching began in April 2024 around a dining room table with a simple yet powerful mission: to help small, local businesses find their footing and grow with confidence. After years of firsthand entrepreneurial experience, our founder discovered a natural strength in business strategy—and a deep passion for sharing that knowledge with others. What started as informal conversations with fellow business owners quickly evolved into a structured approach centered on smart systems, streamlined processes, and intentional use of technology to help clients gain clarity, reclaim time, and build a strong vision for the future.
Like many entrepreneurs, our founder’s journey was shaped by both success and struggle. Through seasons of trial and error—personally and professionally—she developed resilience, perspective, and a deep understanding of what it truly takes to build something meaningful. These experiences ultimately revealed her ability to build with intention and purpose, and to help others do the same.
