Energetic, passionate, and purpose-driven, Yvonne Kleinbauer brings a unique blend of real-world experience, heartfelt leadership, and entrepreneurial grit to everything she does.

As the founder of YK Consulting & Coaching and a proud mother of two—Adler and Addison—Yvonne is deeply committed to empowering others while balancing the joys and demands of motherhood.

Raised in a close-knit community and a graduate of Mosley High School, Yvonne once dreamed of spreading her wings beyond her hometown. That dream led her to Palm Beach, Florida, where she studied nursing and worked full-time with oncology patients—an experience that shaped her compassion, resilience, and ability to lead with empathy.

In 2017,

Yvonne returned home with her children

and a renewed sense of purpose.

While her professional path shifted away from healthcare, her entrepreneurial journey was just beginning.

She entered the professional cleaning industry, working with three companies simultaneously to fast-track her understanding of business operations. Before long, she launched and successfully ran her own cleaning company, gaining firsthand insight into what it truly takes to build a business from the ground up.

Yvonne later co-developed another business alongside a former partner, where she gained invaluable experience navigating the realities of business ownership.

From overcoming growing pains to refining systems, communication, and structure, this chapter further sharpened the tools and strategies she now shares with fellow entrepreneurs.

Beyond business, Yvonne is deeply passionate about helping new and seasoned Entrepreneurs navigate life and business's most challenging seasons with strength and purpose. Having faced her own personal and professional trials, she found healing and direction through faith and now mentors fellow Entrepreneurs as they rediscover peace, passion, and confidence in their business-building journey. She believes every person has a calling, and her greatest joy is helping others uncover theirs and build a life they genuinely love.

For Yvonne, success is not defined by status or wealth. Her philosophy is simple: “You don’t need the world to be happy.” Instead, she finds fulfillment in creating meaningful impact—helping others gain clarity, confidence, and direction that ultimately leads to time to enjoy life with the people who matter most.

Through YK Consulting & Coaching, Yvonne now helps small businesses streamline operations, implement systems, and leverage technology so they can scale smarter—not harder. She is especially passionate about showing business owners that building an empire does not have to come at the expense of freedom, balance, or joy.

Outside of work

Yvonne is a New Orleans Saints fan, an Arizona enthusiast, and someone who is always eager to explore new places. Whether she’s strategizing with a client or cheering from the sidelines, one thing remains constant—Yvonne shows up with positivity, purpose, and a genuine desire to see others succeed.
